31FANS.COM CONTENT PROVIDER AGREEMENT

1. Parties This agreement is made between 31Fans.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and the Content Provider, under the following terms and conditions.

2. Purpose and Scope This agreement defines the legal and ethical obligations of the Content Provider in relation to creating, uploading, and publishing content on the Platform.

3. Identity Verification and Age Restriction 3.1. The Content Provider must complete the identity verification process and provide proof of being over 18 years old before registering on the Platform. 3.2. The Platform may verify the identity through government-issued identification (passport, ID card, driver's license, etc.) and selfie verification systems.

4. Content Upload and Consent Requirements 4.1. The Content Provider guarantees that they have obtained written consent from all individuals appearing in the uploaded content. 4.2. The Content Provider must provide consent documents upon request by the Platform. 4.3. Content involving coercion, threats, child exploitation, illegal activities, violence, human trafficking, or any unlawful elements is strictly prohibited.

5. Content Review and Moderation 5.1. The Platform manually reviews and approves all content before publication. 5.2. The Platform has the right to remove any content that violates the rules or is deemed illegal. 5.3. Reported content will be reviewed within 7 business days and removed if necessary.

6. Revenue Sharing and Payments 6.1. The Content Provider can track and withdraw their earnings through the payment systems provided by the Platform. 6.2. The Platform must comply with the rules of Epoch, Stripe, and other payment providers. 6.3. Accounts involved in fraudulent or illegal activities may be permanently banned and earnings frozen.

7. Content Removal and Complaint Mechanism 7.1. The Platform has the right to immediately remove illegal or unauthorized content. 7.2. If an individual appears in a piece of content without their consent, they may request removal by submitting an official ID.

8. Legal Compliance and Liability 8.1. The Content Provider agrees that the Platform must comply with Visa, Mastercard, and Epoch payment regulations. 8.2. Accounts that do not comply with the Platform's policies may be permanently suspended.

9. Termination of Agreement 9.1. Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. 9.2. The Platform has the right to immediately terminate accounts involved in illegal activities or rule violations.

10. Enforcement and Acceptance This agreement becomes legally binding once electronically accepted by the Content Provider.
